Custom Orders (Teamwear, Clubwear, Bespoke Items)

• All custom products are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable unless proven to be faulty or incorrect due to our error.
• Standard lead time: 3–5 weeks from payment and FINAL Order/design approval and payment.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check final proofs, sizes, colours, and order quantities before giving production approval.

Retail Items (Project XIII, Below 13 etc)

• You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags/packaging.
• Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days of receiving returned goods.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

• Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery method.

International Shipping:

• Available. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

To keep your th13tn gear looking sharp and performing strong:

• Wash inside out at 30°C
• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid fabric softener
• Iron on reverse if needed — do not iron print areas
• Line dry for best results
• Do not bleach or dry clean
