1. Overview:
These terms apply to all purchases made via th13tn.com. By using our website, you agree to them.
2. Orders:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- For custom or clubwear, a visual proof and final approval is required before production.
- Lead times start when FINAL approval/Order confirmation is made by the customer – NOT on pay date or from any pre-payment approvals.
3. Payment:
- Payment is required upfront via our secure checkout (Stripe, Bank Transfer etc.).
4. Shipping:
- Standard lead time for custom orders is 3–5 weeks. This may vary depending on order size and seasonal demand.
- Stock items will be dispatched and delivered within 48 hours.
5. Returns:
- Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Retail (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days in original condition with tags and packaging.
6. Intellectual Property:
- All designs, content, and branding remain property of Th13rteen Ltd trading as th13tn.com.
7. Liability:
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, supply chain disruption).
