Custom Orders (Teamwear, Clubwear, Bespoke Items)
- All custom products are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable unless proven to be faulty or incorrect due to our error.
- Standard lead time: 3–5 weeks from payment and FINAL Order/design approval and payment.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check final proofs, sizes, colours, and order quantities before giving production approval.
Retail Items (Project XIII, Below 13 etc)
- You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags/packaging.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days of receiving returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
